This is a vertical engine, we have upgraded, added a mechanical water pump, cooling water tank, it can carry out water cooling cycle.

Engine Startup Steps:

1. Before closing the bottom plate, open the bottom plate to inspect the engine's wiring, connect the gasoline tank pipe, and attach the three No. 5 batteries.

2. Put 95# of gas in the fuel tank. Verify there is no air in the oil pipe when the filling is complete.

3. Slowly rotate the engine's right side clockwise for several turns to ensure that the blended fuel completely fills the cylinder.

4. To start the engine on the right side of the engine, flip on the power switch and turn the flywheel in the other direction.

 
Features:

1. The inner pulley of a flywheel can perform tasks like power production or pump pumping.

2. It is simple to start the outer pulley by hand.

Precautions:

1.The carburetor needle needs to be adjusted if the ignition device is normal and the cylinder is under proper compression but the machine still won't start regularly.

2. tighten the screw on the carburetor's top by 1/4 turn before turning the flywheel. To get the gasoline to air mixture to the standard working mix ratio, repeat this process numerous times.

3. Verify whether the water tank is empty. The pump is unable to function normally if there is air in the cooling pipe. The water pump output screw needs to be loosened. Start the engine and let it out. The water is pumped out when everything is normal. Screw it, I say.

4. The power switch needs to be switched off after the machine stops.

Note:

1. To ensure splash lubrication of the crankshaft, add no more than 4ML of lubricating oil to the crankcase.

2. Fuel Dosage: The fuel tank has a 15ML maximum capacity. Both gasoline and aviation kerosene can be used in the engine. The fuel must have 4% lubricating oil added for the engine.
