UFRC Ghost Rabbit GR1 4WD 1:5 Brushless Buggy with Tires
- The GR1 is nearly entirely made of metal when it is first delivered. It is no longer essential to tune parts in order to reinforce the model.
- Standard features include mechanical locking on the centre and rear differentials that can be individually engaged by the radio. Naturally, in order to utilise this capability, a radio system with the necessary number of channels is needed.
- Every component has been sized for maximum dependability; for example, the driveline can easily withstand 12S, and the ball joints in the lower trailing arms are standardised industrial swivel bearings with an inner diameter of 6 mm. However, our experience indicates that 12S operation is really not needed.
- The front axle's oversized driving shafts are made of hardened steel that has been machined and fitted with sliding pieces for length correction and fixed joints on both ends.
- With the Kevlar reinforcement in the vulcanised fabric, ballooning is virtually nonexistent on these tires. The tires are soft and flexible even with the fabric since the fabric belt can be relatively thin because of Kevlar.
- All four servos (differential locks and steering) come with standard aluminium servo arms. The two steering servos have movable levers.
- Every steering servo has a servo saver that can be adjusted. Included is an adjustment tool made of stainless steel.
- The Ackerman rod features four ball bearings.
- Hard anodised shock bodies and 8 mm piston rods are features of these shock absorbers.
- All drive gears milled from steel and hardened.
- It is optional to add two voltmeters to the receiver box in order to keep an eye on the traction batteries.
- The cage can be removed with only 4 clips, but even that is not a requirement for battery replacement.

If you believe that this is a heavy steamroller, you should reconsider. Better put, a "Tank on speed" would be more appropriate. Wheelies are still possible despite the weight because of the proper gear reduction, even if the controller is only calibrated for level two or four acceleration (punch).
Simultaneously, the potential for the chassis to twist is similar to that of a crawler. When you engage the diff locks, the GR1 becomes nearly uncontrollable.
