i started with the stirling engine kit hot air engine motor model educational toy electricity generator colorful led, and had to get another one. this time a 2 cylinder engine to mess around with both engines. i was excited when the package arrived, but was sad when i found both glass tubes were broken. i contacted customer service and after a good conversation and some photos sent, i was told i would receive new glass tubes to replace the broken ones. well they got here and i was happy to find they sent me o-rings just in case. awesome customer service!! now i have to sterling engines to mess around with and teach my daughters. thanks guys.
