Vintage 4 Blades Heat Powered Stove Table Fan Stirling Engine Science Experiment Toy
Features:
What's the Origin of Stirling Engine Fan?
The stirling engine, often known as a "hot air engine fan," was created in 1816 by Reverend Robert Stirling as a less dangerous alternative to steam engines. It was well-liked and widely utilized throughout the 1800s in places without electricity. However, it started to diminish after 1900 as fossil fuels were more widely used.
Our stirling engine fans were meticulously engineered by the Stirlingkit team using inspiration from vintage models. It is the ideal collection for vintage home decorators, antique fan collectors, and model engine collectors because it can transport you to a bygone era.
How Does it Work?
The same volume of air is rapidly heated and cooled to produce power for the stirling engine. When air is heated, it expands and forces a piston upward. Conversely, when air is swiftly cooled, it contracts and forces the same piston downward, producing power. Rapidly changing temperatures cause the same volume of air to be heated and cooled, which converts heat energy into mechanical energy that drives the fan blades.
How to Start it?
The stove fan doesn't need batteries or electricity. It runs entirely on the heat from an alcohol lamp or kerosene. It operates at temperatures exceeding 110 °C and may be used with any type of wood stove, as well as ones that burn coal, kerosene, alcohol, and other fuels. It functions smoothly and quietly. While the fan turns, the piston moves back and forth. It has an air of a mechanical business.
Start the fan by manually turning it after lighting the alcohol lamp and placing it in the burner for one to two minutes. Considering its modest size, the fan blows a pleasant breeze at a speed of 500 to 800 RPM.

Q&A:
Q: Can I put the Stirling engine stove fan directly on a hot stovetop? I want to install it on my operating wood stove.
A:Theoretically, it is conceivable, but please regulate the flame and steer clear of using excessive firepower. If the flame reaches the power cylinder, the fan will stop operating at the extremely high temperature.Even worse, if the temperature rises more, the fan's internal sealing components will be harmed.
