Lubricating oil should be applied to each friction point before using the nose. Fill the boiler with water, then heat it until it boils. Next, gradually spin the flywheel until it starts operating on its own.

(If getting stuck, maybe 1, the pressure is insufficient; 2, cylinder and piston lubrication are insufficient; 3, the cylinder and piston running is not in place.)
