1.6cc Mini Vertical Air-cooled Single-cylinder Four-stroke Gasoline Internal Combustion Engine with Wooden Base

.Engine Start Steps:

Before First Startup, It would be best to remove the back engine plate  (4 bolts) and manually lubricate the inner workings of the engine's lower end.  (Very Simple Procedure but significant for longevity of operation) （Note: this is the advice from one of my old customer Louis. Thank you）

1. Inspect the engine wiring from the wooden foundation. Next, connect the tank tubing.

2. Put 95 # gasoline in the tank. After filling, turn the flywheel several times clockwise on the engine's right side (the part that faces the power switch). This ensures that there is no air in the fuel line and allows the fuel mixture to enter the cylinder fully.

3. Start the engine by turning the flywheel fast in a clockwise direction on the right side of the engine (where the power switch is located).

.Notes:

1. The carburetor needle probably has to be adjusted if the ignition is functioning, the cylinder compression is normal, and the machine still struggles to start.

2. Start the flywheel after loosening the carburetor's main fuel pin by 1/4 turn, bringing the ratio of gasoline to air to the standard operating range.

3. Disconnect the power switch once the machine has stopped operating.

4. When installing OR removing the batteries, it is BEST to make sure that the engine ignition power switch is in the OFF position.
