Low Temperature Difference Magnetic Stirling Engine Colorful STEM Model Physics Experiment
EASY TO PLAY: The temperature difference between the top and bottom panels powers this engine. Simply remove it from the packaging, set it above a mug of hot water, wait a few seconds, then gently push the flywheel in one direction to start it. It will continue to rotate for days if there is a strong source of temperature, just like Forrest Gump! Compared to most engines on the market, the operating temperature differential between the two panels is less than 15-20°C/27-34°F.
STIRLING ENGINE OF HIGH PERFORMANCE: This engine is more steady and runs more smoothly when compared to conventional engines: Use a self-lubricating graphite power piston (less friction and unbreakable), stainless steel string as the connecting rod between the flywheel crank and the piston (less friction), and two tiny magnets that interact with each other as the connecting rod on the power piston and displacer to effectively eliminate mechanical friction while elegantly simplifying the structure.
A LUXURY DESK TOY: When set on a mug of hot coffee, this stirling engine operates quickly and quietly. In order to make it seem nicer and function better, we also use better materials with unique surface treatments: The polished standing rod made of aluminum alloy has a smoother and brighter surface and is solid enough to stand on the base. The clear acrylic flywheel gives the entire engine a more attractive appearance.
A HUGE HIT FOR EVERYONE: When entertaining guests at home, it will undoubtedly be a talking point. Children will be as enthused as the Wright brothers were when they first saw a toy helicopter hanging in the sky and will be curious as to what is going on and why. It's also a fantastic source of office fun, and as your coworkers pass by, it's unquestionably a creative desk accessory. Everyone will love receiving this attractive engine with a brushed aluminum base and a finely polished standing rod.
WIDE APPLICATIONS/GREAT GIFT: It will make a spectacular present for any scientific enthusiast; a fascinating topic of conversation that might be used as a teaching tool to demonstrate physics knowledge; and an opportunity for children to consider the fundamental laws of the universe. You should try this one, especially if you previously owned a Stirling engine, and I suspect you won't be sorry.
The temperature differential between the top and bottom panels powers this Stirling engine. Placing it above a mug of hot water is the simplest approach to generate a sufficient temperature differential. The differential has a significant impact on rotational speed; the higher it is, the faster. According to our test, it can rotate on a mug of boiling water at a rate of between 600 and 1000 RPM.
This model's Operating Temperature Differential is substantially lower than that of the majority of engines on the market, hovering around 27-34°F. It is safer for children because it can revolve continuously for 20 to 25 minutes in a cup of 140°F water. Please be aware that the temperature of the bottom panel is around 122°F when you use 140°F water (which is actually steam) in a 250ml tea cup as a heat source.
Our technical team has implemented several successful measures to enhance its performance, including the use of magnets to interact between the power piston and the displacer in order to effectively reduce mechanical friction while maintaining the stability and simplicity of the entire structure; a self-lubricating graphite power piston in order to reduce friction and increase robustness; and a stainless steel string acting as a connecting rod between the crank on the flywheel and the power piston in order to reduce friction further (less contact area). Everyone will enjoy receiving this eye-catching desktop toy and gift.
