This little engine has an air-cooled cooling system and a speed-adjustable carburetor.  Brass and stainless steel were used to make it. It has a 13MM bore. There is a 12MM stroke. The speed-adjustable carburetor is employed. A spark plug with a 1/4-32 thread and a 1.5V power source power the ignition.


Its starting can be divided into two ways: external force(electric drill)and manual starting.

 

Features:

Engine Startup Steps:

1. Install a No. 5 battery (.5 v), connect the fuel tank pipeline, and check the engine wiring from the circuit board.


2.Fill the fuel tank with gasoline (95 octane). After the filling is finished, turn the flywheel repeatedly in a clockwise direction on the right side of the engine (near the power switch surface). Air cannot be created.


3. To start the engine, flip the power switch on and swiftly turn the flywheel clockwise on the right side of the engine (power switch surface).


4. Lubrication technique: To ensure splash lubrication of the crankshaft, lubricating oil of no more than 4ML can be poured to the crankcase.


5. Fuel and consumption: The fuel tank has a 15ML maximum capacity. Both gasoline and aviation kerosene can be used in the engine. When fueling, the engine needs 4% lubricating oil added.

 

Precautions:

1. If the machine cannot start normally even though the ignition system and cylinder compression are both normal, it is highly likely that the carburetor oil needle has to be adjusted.


2. After tightening the carburetor's primary oil needle, start the flywheel by loosening 1/4 of a turn. This will allow the gasoline and air mixture to reach its usual working mixing ratio.


3. The power switch must be switched off after the machine stops.

 

4. If the engine has no compression, it should be because foreign matter has entered the engine, which prevents the valve from closing usually.

The following methods are used to try to solve this problem.


a. Lubricate the carburetor with a few drops. Rotate the engine for a bit, and the lubricating oil will force the foreign material out, restoring the cylinder pressure

a. Rotate the engine for a moment to clear out any foreign items.

c) Take the cylinder head off. The valve might have foreign material on it, which would prevent a good closure. So, after cleaning, check for foreign objects on the valve and restore the cylinder pressure.

d. Disorder could be the root of the valve timing gear issue.
