The Small-block V8 engine model is a proud continuation of CISON's success with the single-cylinder, V2, and L4 engine models. The Ford V8 is included into the V8-440(Flathead) design, while the Chevrolet V8 serves as the model for the V8-440(OHV), which aims for an extremely authentic look. Among its many features are an exquisite orange electroplated paint job, a high-stroke, 4-point supported camshaft, larger intake valves than exhaust valves, a 5-point supported crankshaft, doubly cast iron piston rings that are optional, an independent lubrication system, and a double-layer gear pump water pump. Not only is it a ferocious desk beast, but it's also a "powerhouse" that works with RC models to increase power and torque output.
.DIY Fun: Designed with precise components and simple assembly guidelines to provide a thorough grasp of engine mechanics and construction.
.Highly Realistic: Use beautiful electroplated paint to give the engine a realistic appearance, appropriate for actual fuel operation, and to create a place for the installation of an optional generator.
.Precision Manufacturing: For improved assembly accuracy, the cylinder is 5-axis CNC precision machined with repeatability of less than 0.005mm.
.Long Stroke: Larger intake valve, 4-point supported, high-angle, high-hardness wear-resistant camshaft, and low-temperature intake pipe that is unaffected by temperature fluctuations.
.Crankshaft and Connecting Rods: Five-point supported crankshaft for enhanced high-speed functional strength and stability; optional twin cast iron piston rings (oil rings optional); reinforced and hardened wear-resistant connecting rods.
.Durable Function: equipped with a separate lubrication system, a reserved oil filter installation position, and a double-layer gear pump water pump. An oil sump with an oil level gauge and a rocker arm driven lubrication system that returns lubricant to the cylinder block holes can be added to this vehicle in the OHV variant.
