The world premiere of ENJOMOR V12 super engine model

Your interest in the ENJOMOR GS-V12 model engine is much appreciated.

Displacement: 72cc

Maximum speed: 12000 rpm

Maximum power: 3.8kw

Starting voltage: 24-36v

Piston bore: 20mm

Crankshaft stroke: 18mm

Bare metal size: about 23.5*14*23cm

Fuel: 95#, 98# pure gasoline

Ignition voltage: 10-12v

Engine oil model: 0-15w

Oil volume: 80ml

It is a V-type DOHC, 4-valve, 12-cylinder, four-stroke engine.

Three piston rings with high cylinder pressure—two gas rings and one oil ring.

By eliminating the requirement for additional auxiliary equipment, the brushless motor offers a straightforward starting approach.

Pure fuel made from gasoline. 92 and higher for gasoline.

The water-cooling cooling technique achieves longer engine life and running time.

Connection operation

1 Attach the oil tank and water cooling.

Access to a water-cooling fan and condenser is necessary for water cooling.

The water cooling pipe is 4 mm inside and 6 mm outside, and it can withstand extreme temperatures.

Do not connect pipes with an inner diameter smaller than 4mm to avoid obstructing the water flow and causing the machine to overheat.

A metal fuel tank must be attached to the gasoline tank.

2 Connect the starter motor

Motor ESC: To start the motor, a 12V80A ESC is needed.

After connecting three wires, make any necessary adjustments if there is a reversal.

ESC power source: 12V5A or higher DC power supply or 3–4s battery

3 Connect the ignition

High-frequency pulse igniter for ignition.

Power source for ignition: 10V battery

When connecting to the igniter, make sure to switch off the power to avoid hot-plugging the connector, particularly the Hall sensor connector.

NOTES:

1. The key to guaranteeing the engine runs is typically using engine oil of the proper quality grade.

2. Monitor oil quality and check for blockages in the oil filter. If present, shut down the machine immediately.

3. Oil with a suitable viscosity based on local temperature should be used if moderate viscosity is needed. The idea that greater viscosity is preferable is incorrect. Because of its high viscosity, engine oil flows excessively slowly while starting up, which can easily exacerbate part wear and possibly result in incidents involving tile burning.

4. Don't use regular water in place of high-quality antifreeze. The machine's ability to dissipate heat will be impacted by insufficient antifreeze.

5. The waste oil must be drained while changing engine oil. When changing the engine oil, the old oil must be entirely drained to prolong the engine's service life. This prevents contamination of the freshly supplied oil, which can accelerate the new oil's deterioration and lead to corrosion and engine wear.

Usually, the waste engine oil is drained at a high temperature first, followed by the addition of washing oil (85% regular engine oil and 15% gasoline). The engine idles for ten minutes after starting, drains once more, and then adds fresh, clean engine oil.

6. Keep the oil level at normal. Lack of oil will not only cause the engine oil to deteriorate more quickly, but it will also cause parts to burn and sustain damage.

Conversely, an excess of oil will cause the engine to burn oil as it flows into the combustion chamber through the space between the piston ring and the cylinder wall. Furthermore, an excessively high oil level aggravates wear, raises fuel consumption, and increases the engine oil's stirring resistance.

Common V12 engine faults and troubleshooting methods: diagnostic troubleshooting methods and steps:

1. The engine and starter are unable to rotate. First, examine the battery's storage condition, wire connection, and contact condition. If the battery is in good condition, then examine the ignition switch, fuse, and starting circuit.

2. Turn on the starter after moving the accelerator to the middle opening position. If the engine can start now, there is either a leak in the intake pipe or a problem with the idle speed control valve and associated circuit. The next check step should be performed if the engine still won't start while the accelerator is in the medium opening position;

3. Examine appearance. Please verify that the intake pipe is free of air leaks and that all of the pipes and their connections are secure. Also, verify whether the crankcase ventilation device is leaking air.

4. Look for high-voltage sparks. If the high-voltage spark is unusual, examine the distributor, ignition sensor, high-voltage wire, and electronic ignition.

5. Verify that the ignition sequence is accurate.

6. Examine the oil supply status in the system. Once the fuel tank leak has been confirmed, check the fuel supply pressure in the fuel pipe;

7. Verify the timing and sequence of each cylinder's ignition;

8. Verify that the fuel pump switch on the airflow meter is operational;

9. Verify each cylinder's spark plug's operational state;

10. Verify the ignition timing. If it is off, the ignition timing control system needs to be further examined.

Warn:

1. Only adults who are at least eighteen years old can use this machine!

2. This machine is dangerous since it runs at a fast speed and is powered by pure gasoline. Please make sure you follow the directions strictly!

3. Only 92, 95, and 98 gasoline should be added. The fuel needs to be clean and kept away from fire hazards! The engine will perform worse if the fuel contains too many contaminants, which will clog the carburetor oil flow.

4. When the machine is operating, avoid placing your hands or other things near the flywheel and engine pulley. Otherwise, you could damage the machine and cause personal injury!

5. Do not force the machine to start if it is unable to function normally. Check the machine right away or get in touch with after-sales support. If not, there will be a greater chance of machine damage!

6. There will be some noise and exhaust gas produced during machine operation. Try using it in an open outside space, please!

7. Please examine the wearing parts, clean the oil passageways, change the oil, and perform routine maintenance on the machine. This will considerably extend its operational life.
