2. Start-up steps

1. Place the model on a flat surface and fill the alcohol lamp with alcohol. Don't use any other oils; instead, use 95% alcohol (not included) as fuel.

2. Light the alcohol bulb and manually turn the flywheel until it starts to rotate automatically.

3. As the model starts, move the alcohol lamp to ensure optimal performance.

4. The alcohol lamp wick's height should be at least 15 mm, and you can change it for optimum performance.

3. Matters needing attention

1. When heating, avoid touching the heating section and cylinder with your hands.

2. After the demonstration, put out the alcohol lamp and avoid letting other liquids come into touch with rusted cylinders.

4. Maintenance plans (if the model is not running very well)

1. Verify that the alcohol lamp has enough alcohol.

2. Verify whether or not the small and large wheel jackscrews are loose.

3. The product's performance will be impacted by an excessively high temperature in the air cylinder due to the prolonged, continuous heating.

4. Verify the valve position. The flapper valve (2) should be at the position covering one-fourth of the valve port. 

5. Verify whether the angle is proper or not: the tiny jackscrew (3) hole should be directly facing the positioning port (6) when the piston (7) is positioned in the air cylinder's innermost section. If the jackscrew is incorrectly set, please loosen it before repositioning it firmly.
